工作职责：
策划并组织有趣的康乐活动项目，邀请宾客参与，让宾客尽兴而归、印象深刻。
及时解决宾客遇到的问题，如有困难及时上报，跟进问题解决进度，并及时向宾客反馈。
通过对康乐团队的有效管理与培训，确保各区域宾客的安全。
全面负责康乐部（泳池、健身房、儿童乐园、沙滩、康乐活动）整体运营管理，统筹协调各项对客服务与活动，向宾客提供高品质的服务与活动，确保运营安全。
建立并持续优化康乐部SOP、服务标准、卫生消毒标准与安全管理制度，组织检查、落实整改，不断提升
任职资格：
酒店行政管理、酒店管理或相关专业的大专学历或专业证书；
具备2年同职位相关工作经历，或与之相当的教育背景与工作经验组合；
此职务要求具备完成下列工作的能力：
具备良好的沟通与人际交往能力，能够代表酒店与宾客、员工及第三方进行有效沟通；
具备较强的活动策划与培训能力；
具备良好的书面表达能力；
熟练使用微软办公软件；
具备良好的问题解决与组织协调能力；
持有救生员资格证书；
持有泳池水质处理相关证书。
