工作职责：
协助财务经理和财务经理助理编制财务预算及经营预测报告，每月向酒店集团财务部进行相关汇报
在助理财务经理缺勤的情况下负责监督财务部日常工作
直接向助理财务经理和财务经理汇报交流有关财务控制方面的事宜
与酒店其他部门就财会及内部控制事宜进行充分地合作、协调与沟通
按照要求与包括酒店往来银行、税务监察人员、洲际酒店集团办公室和其他酒店的相关人士进行沟通接洽
与上级一起制定人力资源规划和管理需求。
任职资格：
完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力
熟练使用微软办公软件
具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力
良好的写作技能
具有会计，财务，商业管理或相关的学士学位或毕业证书
三年酒店会计或审计经验，包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
