工作职责：
在宾客抵达前检查所有的VIP/别墅客人的房间，并在客人抵达时问候他们；
与行政管家一起确保特别来宾的特殊需求，房间赠品和其他房间有关的要求得到满足；
处理客人投诉并跟进；
确保客人的喜好以及建议正确的记录下来，避免在客人再次入住时发生同样的问题；
与所有内部客户和客人建立和维护良好的客户关系，超越客人的期望；
查看预订，根据客人的要求去准备会议室；
确保和维护对优悦会会员及大使卡客人提供的服务，客人的满意度，给每一位客人留下 积极地印象；
同餐饮部一起确保早餐，下午茶和欢乐时光的出品和服务。
任职资格：
具有酒店行政管理学士学位，酒店管理或相关的大专学历或专业证书。
拥有3年前厅或宾客服务工作经验，包括1年的管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
此职务要求有能力完成下列活动:
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；
完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力；
良好的中英文书写能力和沟通技巧；
精通微软办公软件以及前厅部管理系统；
解决问题和组织能力。
