工作职责：
维护和建立宾客关系，预测宾客所需；
预期客人所需，解答客人询问和解决问题；
通过与客户良好的交流维护酒店形象；
遵照酒店品牌标准；
确保所有车辆在出发前，都进行安全检查和卫生清洁，并按酒店的标准进行布置；
确保司机明确航班时间并给客人提供行李服务；
确保司机掌握本市的交通和路线情况；
确保酒店车辆干净，安全；
确保司机充分掌握本地的景点和酒店设施；
确保所有班车准时出发。
任职资格：
高中文化水平；
A1驾照；
具有5年以上驾驶经验和6个月及以上对客服务经验或相关专业教育；
此职务要求有能力完成下列活动：
与礼宾部保持良好的沟通，及时有效完成内外用车需求；
符合酒店车辆的有效驾驶证件；
良好的驾驶技能和无事故记录；
高标准和热情的态度为客人服务。
