按照酒店标准流程完成客房清扫、整理工作，包括床铺整理、卫生间清洁、垃圾清理、物品补给摆放，确保客房卫生达标。Complete guest‑room cleaning and tidying in accordance with hotel standard operating procedures, including bed‑making, bathroom sanitizing, rubbish disposal and amenities replenishment, to ensure rooms meet hygiene standards.
检查客房内设施设备，发现损坏、故障及时上报领班，保障客房设施完好可用。Inspect in‑room facilities and equipment. Report any damage or malfunction to supervisor in a timely manner.
及时清理客房及公共区域布草，按规定完成布草更换、清点，做好脏布草回收。Replace, sort and collect linen for guest rooms and public areas following hotel regulations.
留意住客动态，遇到客人主动礼貌问好；响应客人简单服务需求，遇到特殊情况及时上报。Greet guests politely when encountered. Respond to guests’ simple service requests and report special situations to supervisor promptly.
做好工作车物料盘点、补给与整理，保管清洁工具、消耗品，杜绝物料浪费。Stock, organize and inventory supplies on housekeeping trolley; maintain cleaning tools and avoid material waste.
严格遵守酒店安全、卫生操作规范，注意防火防盗，保护客人财物与隐私。Comply strictly with hotel safety and hygiene rules. Pay attention to fire prevention and anti‑theft work, and protect guests’ property and privacy.
