【岗位职责】
- 严格执行万豪集团餐饮服务标准，全面负责西餐厅、大堂酒吧的日常运营管理；筹备阶段参与餐饮 SOP 编制、餐具及物资盘点与采购、团队组建与培训、服务模拟演练、开业验收对接工作。
- 统筹西餐厅、大堂吧的现场服务、人员排班、服务督导，持续管控服务品质；负责 VIP 接待及餐厅宾客投诉处理，保障宾客体验。
- 宴会活动期间，统筹西餐厅、大堂吧人力调配，安排人员支援宴会服务，保障宴会接待顺利落地。
- 负责餐饮一线团队招聘、在岗培训、绩效考核，搭建稳定专业的餐厅及酒吧服务队伍。
- 管控餐具、物料成本与损耗，落实库存盘点管理；配合市场销售团队落地自助餐、主题晚宴、餐饮推广活动的现场执行。
- 对接厨房、采购、前厅等相关部门，定期编制餐饮运营报表，完成餐饮板块经营指标。
- 落实食品安全管理及万豪集团各项规章制度，组织内部自查，完成集团审计及开业验收相关工作。
- 持续优化西餐厅、大堂吧服务流程，结合万怡、万枫品牌定位提升宾客体验，维护品牌形象。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历；拥有酒店开业筹备经验优先，外资高端酒店餐饮管理经验优先。
- 3–5 年高端酒店餐饮从业经验，3年及以上餐厅经理管理经验，熟悉西餐厅、大堂酒吧、自助及零点餐厅运营，具备大型宴会人力统筹调配经验。
- 优秀沟通协调能力与团队管理能力，抗压能力强，能够适应餐饮轮班及节假日工作安排。
- 熟悉食品安全相关法规，具备较强成本管控意识。
- 认同万豪企业文化与品牌价值观，熟悉万豪餐饮服务标准。
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：30-45岁
