【岗位职责】
1、负责客房的日常清洁与整理工作，确保客房达到酒店卫生标准；
2、补充客房内的各类用品，确保物品充足且摆放整齐；
3、检查客房设施设备的运行状况，如发现损坏或故障，及时上报工程部维修；
4、协助处理客人的合理需求，确保客人入住体验舒适；
5、按照酒店规定的流程处理退房检查，确保客房内无遗留物品，并及时反馈前台；
6、保持工作区域整洁，合理使用清洁工具和化学用品，确保安全操作；
7、配合上级完成临时安排的清洁任务或其他相关工作。
【岗位要求】
1、学历不限，具备酒店或相关服务行业工作经验者优先；
2、工作细致认真，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神；
3、身体健康，能够适应长时间站立工作及一定强度的体力劳动；
4、具备基本的沟通能力，能够理解并执行上级的工作安排；
5、无不良嗜好，品行端正，能够遵守酒店的规章制度；
