【岗位职责】
1、通过电话、邮件及在线预订系统处理客房预订，确保信息录入准确，严格遵循酒店价格政策与房态管理规定。
2、根据客人需求与实时房况完成预订确认、修改或取消操作，及时更新系统数据，避免超额预订或信息遗漏。
3、对接前台、客房、餐饮等部门，落实客人特殊要求（如无烟房、加床、生日布置等），提升服务满意度。
4、解答客人关于房型、设施、周边景点及酒店服务的咨询，结合品牌标准提供个性化建议，提高预订转化率。
5、处理第三方平台（携程、美团等）订单，核对内容并完成系统同步，及时回复平台留言。
【岗位要求】
1、具备基础英语听读写能力者优先。
2、熟练使用电脑及Office软件，能快速掌握酒店预订系统操作。
3、具备良好的沟通能力与客户服务意识，普通话流利，耐心细致。
4、工作严谨，具备多任务处理能力，能高效应对轮班制（含周末及节假日）。
5、有团队合作精神，适应快节奏工作环境，抗压能力较强。
