招聘岗位：嘉宾轩经理
【工作职责】
确保嘉宾轩正常和高效的运作和所有嘉宾轩员工实现酒店品牌的承诺并提供超出客人预期的服务，持续执行酒店的客户优惠政策并建立相关的客人入住纪录档案。迅速及有效地处理所有客人及内部客人的投诉及要求，及时跟进以确保问题的圆满解决。在工作的繁忙时段，确保各个区域有条不紊的运作并且实现酒店品牌的承诺。确保客人在入住登记和办理离店时得到尽善尽美的服务。建立与维护与客人及同事间的良好的关系。
【任职要求】
1. 热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际，具有较好的领导、管理能力
2. 擅长于处理宾客关系，能有效快速的应对处理各种问题
3. 熟悉前厅管理专业知识、市场销售知识和接待礼节礼仪
4. 具备较强的中英文对客服务沟通能力
5. 保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表
6. 至少两年以上国际酒店相关工作经验

We are looking for Grand Club Manager.
【Job Responsibilities】
Ensures the smooth and efficient running of the Grand Club within the Rooms Division and all Grand Club employees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. Implements consistent guest recognition programs and maintains a relevant guest history database. Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. Spends time in Grand Club during peak periods to ensure that both areas are managed well by the respective team and delivers the brand promise. Ensures that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out. Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
【Job Requirements】
1. Love hotel work, study business, quick response, good at communication, with good leadership and management skills
2. Good at handling guest relations, able to respond effectively and quickly to various problems
3. Familiar with front office management expertise, marketing knowledge and reception etiquette
4. Strong communication skills in Chinese and English to customers
5. Maintain high standards of personal image and grooming
6. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in international hotels
