财务专业能力
1.精通酒店财务管理体系，涵盖预算编制、经营预测、成本控制及资金管理
2.熟悉收入审计流程，具备GOP、EBITDA等关键财务指标分析能力
3.熟悉中国财税法规及审计要求，具备强烈的风险控制意识

商业领导能力
1.能够基于财务数据提炼商业洞察，为经营决策提供有力支持
2.深度参与定价策略制定、运营优化及盈利能力提升

二、经验要求

1.具备8年以上财务相关工作经验，并拥有财务负责人或同等岗位经验
2.具备直接向业主或投资方汇报的工作经验
3.有酒店筹开、业务重组或成本优化项目经验者优先考虑

三、任职资格

1.本科及以上学历，财务、会计或相关专业
2.持有中级会计师或以上职称者优先
3.熟悉财务系统及酒店管理系统（如Opera、Oracle等）
4.中文表达流利，具备良好的英文工作能力

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Finance Director to lead the financial operations of our hotel
This role will serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and key stakeholders, ensuring strong financial performance, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Control
1.Oversee all aspects of hotel financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow management
2.Monitor and analyze key financial metrics (e.g. GOP, EBITDA) to drive performance improvement
3.Ensure accuracy in revenue auditing and financial reporting
4.Maintain strict compliance with Chinese financial regulations, tax laws, and audit requirements

Business Partnering & Strategy
1.Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and operational strategies
2.Actively participate in pricing strategy, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement initiatives
3.Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with business objectives

Owner Relations & Stakeholder Management
1.Serve as the primary finance contact for property owners and investors
2.Deliver clear and professional financial presentations on performance and outlook
3.Navigate and manage relationships across ownership, corporate, and hotel operations
4.Ensure transparency, compliance, and effective governance, particularly within SOE environments

Leadership & Team Development
1.Lead and develop the finance team, building a high-performance culture
2.Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and efficiencies
3.Champion change initiatives in cost management and operational effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or a related field
2.Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including leadership as Head of Finance or equivalent
3.Prior experience reporting to owners or investors is required
4.Experience in hotel pre-opening, restructuring, or cost optimization projects is highly preferred
5.Intermediate Accountant qualification or above is preferred
6.Familiar with financial systems and hotel PMS systems (e.g. Opera, Oracle)
7.Fluent in Mandarin and able to use English as a working language
