招聘岗位：收益管理总监
【工作职责】
收益管理总监将为酒店高管团队提供战略指引，制定长期规划与短期战术，以提升酒店整体营收并实现利润最大化。该岗位将依托内外部市场情报做出科学决策，优化现有客源需求，并开拓新增需求，力争在竞争对手组中实现客房收入市场份额指数（RGI）高于1.0。
此外，收益管理总监将领导酒店收益团队及数字营销团队，凭借对收益管理系统、数字营销、酒店预订系统、GDS系统、Envision系统、Opera系统及其他相关工具与运营流程的深厚分析与技术储备，通过科学的定价与库存策略管理，最大化RevPAR渗透率及利润水平。同时，需以简明扼要、条理清晰的方式，向酒店管理委员会及相关职能部门传达工作目标与绩效表现。
【任职要求】
1.流利的中英文双语能力
2.优秀的书面与口头沟通能力，能够以简明扼要、条理清晰的方式（Concise & Well-organized）向总经理及业主方汇报复杂的收益策略与绩效表现
3.对市场波动、竞争对手策略及经济环境变化具有极高的敏感度，能迅速调整定价与库存策略以应对市场变化

We are looking for Director of Revenue Management
【Job Responsibilities】
Director of Revenue Management will provide the hotel’s executive team guidance in developing long-term strategies and short-term tactics to increase the hotel’s overall revenues and to maximise profit. This will be base on all informed decisions on internal and external marketing intelligence to optimize existing and to create additional demand, with the objective of achieving a Revenue Market Share Index above 1.0 in the competitive set. The Director of Revenue Management will also provide leadership to the hotel’s revenue team and digital marketing to maximize RevPAR penetration and profit by proper management of pricing and inventory strategies through robust analytical and technical knowledge of all Revenue Management Systems, Digital Marketing, Hotel Reservation Systems, GDS systems, Envision Systems, Opera Systems and various other relevant tools and operational procedures. Present and communicate expectations and performance in a concise, well-organized way to the leadership committee and related divisions.
【Job Requirements】
1. Fluent bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex revenue strategies and performance metrics to the General Manager and ownership groups in a concise, well-structured, and articulate manner
3. Highly attuned sensitivity to market fluctuations, competitor strategies, and macroeconomic trends, coupled with the agility to swiftly adjust pricing and inventory tactics to capitalize on market dynamics
