- Holds a degree in Sales and Marketing and/or Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Strong follow-up/project management and organisational skills.
- Thorough understanding of selling techniques and marketing concepts.
- Well developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, Delphi/RESERVE.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.
- Minimum two years work experience as Event Manager, Sales Manager or Catering Sales Manager in a hotel.
- Essential prerequisite is experience in the Travel and Hotel industry.
