岗位职责
Responsible for the operational efficiency of all housekeeping areas and the service delivery of those areas within budgeted guidelines.

Prepare induction programs for new employees and allocate sufficient time for their implementation

Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress for each staff member

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork and daily reports, interpreting results, giving and receiving instructions, and training.

Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often
