岗位职责
Manager the housekeeping and laundry operation to ensure quality standards are met while delivering a guest
experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
主管客房部及洗衣房运营，确保达到质量标准，提供独特的宾客体验、赋品牌以生命。

Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, establish performance development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
处理员工日常事务，计划并分配工作，为每个员工设定工作绩效目标。为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈，协助解决各种员工矛盾，提高员工绩效。
Educate and train all team members in compliance with federal, state and local laws and safety regulations. Ensure staff is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties.
教育和培训员工遵守国家、各省市与地方的法律和安全法规。确保员工接受适当的培训，保证为他们配备完成工作所需的各种工具和设备。
Manage the quality of housekeeping and laundry service. Schedule routine inspections of all guest rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, rooms, equipment, linens, public restrooms, lobby, etc are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction.
负责客房部与洗衣房服务质量。安排客房和公共区域常规检查，确保家具、客房、设备、布草、公用卫生间、大堂区域的整洁并得到及时养护，确保宾客感到满意。
Carry out the special needs and requests of guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and club members.
满足普通宾客、贵宾、常客和优悦会员提出的特别要求。
Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
对宾客的投诉予以回应，确保采取相应的行动予以解决或改正，确保宾客对此感到满意。


岗位要求
High School Diploma / secondary education / equivalent plus four years of housekeeping/laundry experience preferably in a hotel of similar size, including supervisory experience. Some college preferred.Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
高中、中等教育或同等学历，4 年客房部或洗衣房工作经验，有同等规模酒店工作经验及管理岗位工作经验者优先。具大专育学历者优先。可熟练地运用英语对话。能同时使用其它语言者优先。
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others;demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on thehotel, the brand and the Company.
与他人交互时需要具备良好的沟通技能，具备与宾客、员工和第三方高水平地交互，及展现酒店、品牌和公司良好精神面貌的能力。
Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork and management reports, interpreting results, giving and receiving instructions, and training
在完成书面工作和管理报告、解释结果、提供和接受指导、培训时需要频繁使用阅读和书写能力
Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.
需要频繁用到数学技能，包括基本数学、预算、利润/损失概念、百分比率和差异变通等。
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.
经常需要运用问题解决、推理、激励、组织和培训等能力。
