KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要工作职责
 
1. Assist the manager
in ensuring, administering and checking the day-to-day sales, operations of the
Spa, Fitness & Pool area
帮助水疗经理确保、执行、检查各区域每日销售和运营状况。
2. Ensure, administer and check
employee’s
day to day working & brand standards as well as their performance
检查员工每日工作表现，确保其达到公司及品牌标准
3. Ensure employee’s service standard
& skills are in accordance to the standards set by the spa & fitness department
确保每位员工的服务标准符合水疗和健身中心的标准。
4. Ensure there are sufficient stationery
supplies, guests supplies & amenities
确保有充足的办公用品，客用品。
5. Stock control and
inventory
监管仓库和库存。
6. To liaise
with suppliers, contractors & other department regarding day to day
operation issues
为解决日常问题，与供应商、相关部门保持联系。
7. To check and ensure all daily towels, locker
keys, engineering, housekeeping and operations checklist are smooth and any
problems must be reported to the manager
检查日用毛巾、更衣柜钥匙、工程问题、家政问题和运营工作清单等，如有问题，及时上报经理。
8. Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the spa & fitness and pool area is maintain up to
the standards set by the Spa Manager
确保水疗、健身中心及泳池的卫生情况能维持在水疗经理所设置的标准内。
9. Ensure, administer and check all operating
equipment in the spa, fitness center and
pool area is
working properly, cleaned and kept safely by our team members and to inform the
engineering department when repairs needed.
检查水疗区域所有的运营设备是否正常工作，整洁干净，运行安全，如有维修问题请通知工程部。
10. Apart from all these duties and
responsibilities you are to resolve all complaints from guests as well as
matters pertaining to the spa & fitness.
处理与水疗相关的客人投诉。
11. To carry out instructions given by the
manager
执行水疗经理布置的任务。
12. Assist the manager in conducting monthly
training with each department pertaining to service standards, knowledge &
skills
协助水疗经理，对每个部门进行服务标准、知识和技术的月度培训
13. Assist the manager in conducting monthly
theory & practical test pertaining to service standards, knowledge &
skills
协助水疗经理，对服务标准、知识和技术进行月度理论和操作的测试。
14. Assist the manager in planning and organizing
activities and positive reinforcement work attitude to every department staff
协助水疗经理计划和组织活动，以增进对每个部门员工正面工作态度。
15. Must maintain a
high level of discipline, morale and all brand standard
必须将工作准则、道德、品牌标准维持在较高水平。
Qualifications:
1.Minimum 3 years in luxury spa and 1 year at the same position.
至少三年同奢华品牌水疗工作经验，至少一年同岗位工作经验。
2.Spa knowledge and skills
掌握Spa相关知识与手法
3.Proficiency in Word& Excel
熟练掌握Word和Excel等基本计算机技能
4.Knowledge of Spa suppliers
       水疗供应商知识
       5.Knowledge of the maintenance, safe, and efficient operations of the Spa
       了解水疗中心的维护、安全和高效运行
       6.Knowledge of local rules and regulations that concern catering Spa
      了解与Spa相关的当地法规

杭州法云安缦位于西湖西侧的山谷之间，距杭州市中心20分钟车程。沿路两旁竹林密布、草木青翠，经过植物园和西湖内部水路，便来到天竺寺和天竺古村落。法云安缦即座落于天竺古村另一侧，北高峰之麓，毗邻灵隐寺和永福寺。此处包括周围茶园在内，占地面积共计14公顷；共有47处居所，始建于唐朝，曾为附近茶园村民所住。　　杭州法云安缦之侧，紧邻灵隐寺的是永福寺；上至山腰，便是韬光寺观海楼，越过群山翠谷，远眺西湖和杭州城，湖光山色，尽收眼底。灵顺寺位于北高峰之巅，为杭州制高点，拥有1,600年历史，此地烟火袅袅，香客络绎不绝，祈求财源滚滚。沿着梅灵北路，在转往法云安缦的另一个方向有一条走道，是最初的天竺（古代中国称印度为天竺）朝圣之路，连接着上中下三座天竺寺。　　在浓荫掩映、翠竹环绕之间，经由一条窄道前行便至法云安缦的接待总台，由此沿一条幽径即可通往度假酒店的主干道—法云径。法云径连接所有客房（庭院住宅）和酒店设施。这里的住宅可追溯至百年以前，如今以传统作法和工艺修缮一新，砖墙瓦顶，土木结构，屋内走道和地板均为石材铺置。法云径总长600米，亦通往酒店餐厅、茶室、精品店和若水寮。　　杭州法云安缦东侧有一条小溪由南而北缓缓流经，它曾经是古村落日常生活的聚集地，村民们在茶园辛勤劳作了一天，午后便汇集于此，沐浴更衣，闲聊畅谈。
