Culinary Chef-Executive Chef (Foreigner requested)

JOB SUMMARY: Responsiblefor all culinary operations at Element Fresh of north area which includes thedevelopment and review of all Food Service menus, concepts, recipes, costingand the establishment and maintenance of all quality standards for food product.

MAJORRESPONSIBILITIES：

1.Oversees the entire Culinary staff at Element Fresh of north area.
2. Manages recipe and menu development for all food serviceoutlets in restaurants, and mainly focus on FoodResearch and Development.
3. Provides product testing , specification changes andadjustments, sourcing and quality control.
4. Assists in training culinary staff , product developmentand food related safety and quality related program initiative.
5. Understands and actively participates in Environmental,Health and Safety responsibilities by following established culinary policy,procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS：

To perform this jobsuccessfully, an individual is requested:

1.Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
2. Must be able to plan at least one year out for menuchanges and special events. Should be knowledgeable and keep current withmarket trends to assist in menu development.
3. Must be able to prepare and effectively conductpresentations to senior management members.

4.Must be able to forecast the business and complete budgets and analyzefinancial information and reports.
5. Must be familiar with cooking methods.

EXPERIENCE:

3+years’ experience as an Executive Chef or same level with high standard foodservice operation required. Five Star Hotel or Fine Dinning Restaurant Chain preferred.
