岗位职责：
1. 负责并管理宾客关系团队对重要宾客、回头客及长住客的接待工作。
2. 与宾客保持良好的沟通，了解客人喜恶，为宾客提供个性化服务。
3. 搜集宾客意见并及时采取跟进措施与向上级汇报。
4. 参与前台及行政楼层的各项工作，发现问题并及时处理。
任职要求：
1. 具备2年以上前厅部的工作经验或同岗位经验。
2. 良好的沟通能力和客户接触技巧。
3. 良好的英文听说读写能力。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-熟练计算机能力：良好
