岗位职责
1.装饰蛋糕的表面，根据要求切好或整形，在蛋糕表面铺好糖粉。
2.根据菜谱准备厨房各部门所需的糕点。
3.准备各种制作糕点所需馅料。
4.搅拌、揉和各种制作馅饼、糕点和其他糕点的生面并使之成形。
5.制作开餐时所需的各种零点糕点及特式糕点。
6.负责控制烤箱的温度和时间。
7.搞好并保持工作区域和各种机器设备的清洁工作。
岗位要求
1.有在星级酒店或西餐厅从事糕点制作工作经验2年以上
2. 熟悉西餐的相关知识及礼仪。
3. 熟练糕点制作工艺及高超技能。
