岗位职责
1. 协助餐厅经理主持交接班，确保员工了解酒店的活动和运营的要求。
2. 在自己带班期间尽可能解决客人投诉，并记录跟进。
3. 监督现金的处理和存放，处理异常的付款情况。
4. 培训下属及兼职人员了解餐厅的操作流程。
岗位要求
1. 大专及以上学历，有从事餐饮服务3年以上工作经历。
2. 对工作认真踏实，工作态度端正，能吃苦耐劳，适应倒班工作。
3. 掌握必需的食品、酒水知识，有一定的西餐服务技能。
4. 身体健康，仪表端正。
