1.负责酒店各部门所需物品及运营用品的采购工作。
2. 认真检查各部门采购申请单的填写情况，并依采购程序最终确定厂商及物品价格，后报采购部经理审核。
3.依据批准后的有效采购单，组织购货事宜。
4.货品到达时，与收货部门共同把好质量关。
5.寻找新的采购供应商。
6.由直属上级交办的与岗位职责相关的其他工作
