岗位职责：

1.服从上级的工作安排；
2.准确回答客人的询问，主动做好服务工作；
3.保持岗位周围的环境整洁，发现果皮、纸屑、烟蒂等杂物及时捡掉；
4.熟悉酒店各种服务项目和营业时间，向客人推销酒店的各项服务，介绍酒店客房设施。了解本市交通、商业、旅游等方面资料；
5.随时听从接待员的召唤，迅速接受带房任务及为客提供物品转接服务；
6.为客人指路，认真回答客人的询问，尽量满足客人的需求；
7.负责分送邮件、报刊、报表、留言单及前厅通知等，并按规定登记和办理签收手续；
8.积极参与酒店和部门组织的各项活动，完成上级交予的各项工作。

岗位要求：

1.具有1年左右从事前厅服务工作经历；
2.工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活；
3.能进行英语日常会话，开展对客服务。
