工作职责：
1、熟悉酒店的制度和程序，确保酒店的规章制度的顺利执行。
2、了解每天的房间销售情况（如开房率，房价等），及未来几天可出租的房间类型和价格，留意特别宴会和入住的团体，做好迎接欢送酒店贵宾、忠诚客人，及省、市领导工作。
3、与客人保持良好的沟通，维持良好的宾客关系。
4、当值班期间发生客人投诉，代表酒店当局听取客人意见，应谨慎行事，抱着实事求是的态度进行解决，并将处理结果做好记录。
5、日常工作巡视检查，对酒店各要害部位以及设施设备情况，楼层、厨房、供热水系统、空调、消防等加强巡视检查，会同保安人员切实做好营业场所的安全保卫工作，注意防火工作。
6、与各部门保持紧密合作关系，以便随时为客人提供有效周到的服务。
7、如发现可疑事件和人物，必须与保安部密切注意。
8、严格执行上级分配的任务。
9、熟悉各项应急程序，确保如发生紧急事件能按照应急程序操作。
10、及时向酒店行政领导、驻店经理及有关部门总监汇报当天发生的特别事情，并清晰记录好。
