MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY主要职责:

Under the guidance of the Director of Engineering ensures that the Hotel’s Air-con System & related equipment is operated in accordance with Hotels Group standards to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the Hotels Group and the brand ethos.

Responsible for repair and maintenance of the air-con system, cold storage and ice-maker.

负责酒店所有暖通空调系统及冷库、制冰机的维修及保养。

Assist the duty engineer to ensure that all the air-con system in good operation and al the complains have been treated properly.

协助值班工程师确保所有空调系统动作正常，及投诉都得到及时的处理。

Responsible for the weekly, monthly and annually working and maintaining plan for the AC section to ensure that all the section staff have been fully understood.

为空调小组编写周、月和年度维修计划，确保该小组的全体员工完全理解。

Receive & dispatch maintenance order & always check the finished working. Keep records of daily work being done. Make sure check list, long book of electrical section are recorded correctly.

负责接收和发放维修单，经常检查完成的维修工作，日常工作必须做好记录并确保日记及报表填写准确。

Works closely with the purchase department to ensure the materials and flow of supply needed by the air-con section.

与采购部密切联系，确保空调小组需要的材料可及时购回。

To conduct A/C section staff performance as determined by manage requirements (included duty roster arrangement).

根据管理要求，安排空调工操作（包括排班）。

To ensure that all staff of A/C section follow the regulations of the hotel.

To provide a courteous & professional service at all times.

To ensure operational maintenance & energy consumption under his management are strictly controlled.

Maintain the area & equipment under his charge in good condition in terms of performance & cleanliness.

Respond & attend to fire alarm or emergencies when occasion arises.

Lead, control, motivate & handle staff under his charge and work closely with other departments.

领导控制处理在其负责下的工作人员有关事件，与其它部门。

To conduct as air con supervisor to his duty schedule, and operate according to duty supervisor job description.

根据值班表执行值班工程师的有关职责及根据值班工程师岗位责任制运作。

Perform any other duties assigned by DOE.

执行工程总监分派的其他任务。
