1.编写每月之用品及用款计划。
2.申领信妥善保管本部之各类设备及文具用品，确保各类办公室物资之足够供应。
3.与工程部保持良好沟通，以有效支持各部门之运作，确保所有维修申报获
得及时处理。
4.与本部内各分部保持良好沟通协助保持良好团队精神。
5.积极参与由本酒店举办之各种活动。
6.保持办公室之整洁及卫生。
7.开启及处理种类有关表格之跟进工作。
8.每月协助各部门考勤表之整理。
岗位要求
1.高中以上文化程度或具备文秘方面的专业知识。
2.懂得电脑操作，能较熟练地进行中英文打字。
3.有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。
4.能用一门外语进行日常会话。
5.身体健康、精力充沛、五官端正。
