Job Summary/Purpose: 职责概要:
Provides guest services as well as supervision, direction leadership in the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotel & Resorts and the Hotel.
按照香格里拉集团及所在酒店所设立的营运目标、服务标准,对所属的部门进行监督、指引及领导,并以此为客人提供服务。
