岗位职责
1.Ensure that SFSMS, Hygiene and Food Safety Management Policies, Fire & Life Safety Standards are explained to staff, and are correctly applied
确保向员工说明香格里拉食品安全管理系统、卫生和食品安全管理政策、消防和生命安全标准,并保证实施正确。
2.Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed
监督并确保指定部门的运营顺利畅通。
3.Recommends improvements in all aspects of their appointed sections as appropriate
可以对指定部门的各个方面提出建议方案。
4.Conduct market surveys as required and plan / implement appropriate measures to increase market share
按照要求和计划进行市场调研/实施正确的衡量措施,提供市场份额。
5.Ensure that quality of food / beverage / service provided are consistently maintained
确保所提供的食品/酒水/服务的质量保持始终如一
6.Assist the Director of Food & Beverage / Manager in the planning of budget / forecast / CAPEX / P&L for the division
协助餐饮部总监/经理制定本部门的预算/预测/固定资产/损益。
岗位要求
1.Oral and written in Chinese and English
中英口语和书写流利
2.At least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
至少1年的相关工作经验
3.Flexible and adaptable to different working locations灵活机动,能适应各种不同的工作环境
4.Diploma / Degree in food and beverage / hospitality management
