Job Responsbility:
1.Provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in the Rooms Division in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotel & Resorts and the Hotel
2.To have complete knowledge of the operational system of all departments in the Room Division
3.Establishes and maintains division organization, manning and productivity, ensuring an smooth operation based on forecasted occupancy.
4.Utilizes and develops communication tools and channels for the dissemination of information and workflow amongst all the departments in the Rooms.
5.Drives customer delight and retention by being a role model in delighting guests in every single interaction, etc.
Job Requirement:
1.Fluent in oral and written English
2.Able to work flexible hours
3. At least five years working experience in luxury brand hotel,etc.
4.Demonstrate strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and communication skill;
5.Good interaction with guests,enhances customer service quality to differentiate us from our competitors;
