The Director of Sales（Mice sales）, under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing, is responsible for overseeing the day to day sales efforts of the Sales department and the implementation of the Shangri-La sales management system, training programs and sales activity plans set forth in the hotel’s Marketing Plan.
