We are hiring Assistant Director of Human Resources.
As an Assistant Director of Human Resources, we rely on you to:
1.Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department, includes recruitment, compensation, colleague engagement, performance management and other related functions;
2.Support HRD to drive a high-performing and motivated workforce;
3.Creates an environment of free communications and drives colleagues’ satisfaction;
4.Proactively alerts hotel management on potential employee relation issues and addresses them in a timely manner;
5.Demonstrate leadership competencies and values.
We are looking for someone who:
1.Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management;
2.Prefer similar experience in a luxury hotel for at least one year plus;
3.Well know the local market, has excellent knowledge of local labor laws and extensive experience in industrial relations;
4.Has strong interpersonal skill, good at organizing and planning, logical thinking, conceptualizing ability;
5.Fluent in English and Putonghua.
