岗位职责/职位描述

- Manage daily operations of one or more full-service food & beverage outlet(s). Coordinate and direct any special events or banquets. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, local policies and procedures. 

- 管理一家或多家全日制餐厅日常运营。协调指导特殊活动和会议。遵守当地关于卫生、安全相关要求与规定,以及相关酒店标准、当地政策或法律法规。

- Directly supervises Food and Beverage Service Team Leaders / Food and Beverage Service Attendants. Meet or exceed Annual Operating Goal(s): Restaurant Revenue Target. Performance key metrics for this position: Restaurant Revenue Target and Employee Satisfaction Survey. Make decisions regarding matters pertaining to restaurant operations and accommodation of guests’ requests.

- 直接监管餐饮服务主管/餐饮服务员。达到或超额完成每年运营目标:餐厅收入。本职位的关键绩效指标:餐厅收入目标与员工满意度调查。在符合餐厅运营情况和满足宾客需求的前提下做出相应决策。
