Job Description 岗位职责：

· Review “Heartbeat” reports and form action plans to address issues reflected in the guest survey
审阅“心语”报告并制定行动计划从而改善报告中所反映出的问题

· Assist in sourcing, marketing and promotion of performers for F&B outlets
协助执行西餐厅的采购，市场推广、宣传策划活动

· Design promotional material, as directed by F&B Manager
在西餐厅经理的指导下协助进行市场宣传资料

· Share customers’ suggestions and guest comments to Chef and Food & Beverage Manager
与厨师以及餐饮经理分享宾客的意见和建议

· Communicates to his/her superior of any issues encountered, guest comments and other relevant information
及时向直属上级沟通任何遇到的问题，宾客的反馈和相关信息

Requirements岗位要求:

· Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills

· Ability to train, supervise and lead fellow employees

· Able to read, write and speak basic English
