Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage or related field is required with 4 years of related experience, including supervisory experience in a Chinese Food & Beverage Operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
持酒店管理、餐饮服务和相关行业文凭。有4年相关经验(包括中式餐饮管理经验)或相当的在职教育工作经验。
Ability to train, supervise and lead fellow employees

Able to read, write and speak basic English
