Under the general guidance of the Procurement Manager and Purchasing Supervisor within the limits of InterContinental hotels Group policy and procedure is responsible for translating the business plan into the material and service requirements of the hotel and plans and executes their acquisition storage, and issuance.

To assist the Procurement Supervisor in ensuring that there is a proper follow-up of the orders after they have been placed and to see that the goods are delivered to the Hotel’s needs.
协助采购部主管确保收到的采购申请单有人负责跟进，并留意送抵的货品是否符合酒店要求。
To bring the matter to the attention of the Procurement Supervisor who will take appropriate step to expedite matters, if should delays occur.
如发生不能按时交货，应通报采购部主管，引起他的注意，以便他采取必要的措施敦促尽快到货。
emonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

1 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Valid driver’s license required for Hotel van and car.
