2. 掌握每日抵电宾客名单,特别是重要宾客和回头客,了解他们的特殊要求;
3. 负责及时准确的将宾客的留言输入系统中;
4. 确保所有宾客的询问和要求,都得到专业的帮助和热情友好的态度;
5. 确保所有电话的转接是按专业标准,并且有礼貌;
6. 了解酒店的餐厅及营业时间和经营范围。
岗位要求1. 说话口齿清楚,音质优美,反应敏捷;
2. 能适应倒班工作。
