岗位职责
1. 为宾客提供专业，友好，高效，热情的电话叫早服务；
2. 掌握每日抵电宾客名单，特别是重要宾客和回头客，了解他们的特殊要求；
3. 负责及时准确的将宾客的留言输入系统中；
4. 确保所有宾客的询问和要求，都得到专业的帮助和热情友好的态度；
5. 确保所有电话的转接是按专业标准，并且有礼貌；
6. 了解酒店的餐厅及营业时间和经营范围。
岗位要求1. 说话口齿清楚，音质优美，反应敏捷；
2. 能适应倒班工作。
