1. To establish allengineering data, photocopy document and label with number.
负责部门各种文件资料的打印、复印和编号保存。
2. Assist the engineersin establishing and posting of work schedule in TRG system to done. Timelyforward all channel work orders to engineers and follow up to complete.
在TRG系统协助工程师建立和跟催各专业工程师完成工单，及时转发所有渠道工单给到工程师并跟催完成。
3. To establish contactwith local authorities, and be familiarize with codes and practices pertainingto engineering. Like the codes of fire, gas, water supply and hygiene.
熟悉与工程部相关的法律和法规并且跟进。比如消防法律、燃气法律、卫生法律、二次供水法律等等。
4. To assist and followup with purchasing department in parts & materials sourcing, ordering,negotiating, and expediting order. Like elevator safety meeting
负责组织部门的各种会议，并做好会议纪要。比如电梯安全会议。
5. To keep a copy of allsoft copy engineering form, manage file in accordingly，data input and makesure all system management in order, like TRG,MESH,PUR K3 system, and so on.
负责部门各种软件记录表格的搜集、整理、归档、数据录入，确保合规。比如，采购K3系统，MESH系统，TRG系统等等，不限于以上提及系统。
6. To prepare and submitpurchase requisition. To follow up with purchasing department regarding thestatus of purchase & delivery.
与采购部协作和落实零件和材料来源，订货，协商价格和催货。
7. Prepare and submitpurchasing list. Enquiry Purchasing Department about goods purchasing anddelivery.
准备和提交采购单。询问采购部关于物品采购和运送情况。
8. To receive andinspect the quality and quantity of the goods delivered against the purchaserequisition together with receiving clerk and engineer.
与收货部员工和工程师一起按照采购单内容检查和核对采购物品的数量和质量。
9. Ensure that all associates comply with thegrooming and uniform standards. Manage the daily works of employees.
确保所有员工都遵守仪容仪表的标准，对员工日常工作进行管理。
10. To coordinate andcommunicate engineering work activities with other departments concerningidentification of repair and maintenance problems and requirements,satisfaction with work in progress, and work completed.
与其它部门就工程情况进行沟通，包括其它部门维护和维修需求，工程进展情况的反馈以及维修后的使用情况。
