1. Supervises team members at the HR Office ensuring the department’s daily operation is running smoothly and team members discipline is adhered to

2. Liaise with local government authorities regarding labor law, labor relations and arbitration cases
和政府部门保持密切关系,及时更新在劳动法律、劳动关系和劳动仲裁方面的信息。
3. Prepares procedure released concerning the labor contracts for team members
准备劳动合同相关的政策程序。
4. Develops and maintains an team member relations program, including social and sports activities, service award programs, and team member counseling to increase team members’ satisfaction
建立并且发展员工关系系统以提高员工满意度,其中包括各项社会以及体育活动,服务奖项和员工咨询等。
5. Takes charge of recruitment according to hotel business requirement and the manning situation.
根据酒店的经营需要和人员现状,及时有效的完成招聘任务。
6. Supervises and checks all records on sick leave, medical expenses, misconduct and Personnel Action Form
监督检查所有休假、医疗费用、违纪以及人员变动表格的正确管理和操作。
7. Supervises and supports the HR team member to manage the team member facility
指导部门员工管理好员工设施。
8. Supervises and supports HR coordinator to keep the fluent and right operation on C&B
指导部门员工有条不紊的处理好所有员工薪酬福利方面的运作。
9. Ensures the security and confidentiality of the HR Department is strictly adhered to
保证人力资源部严格遵守相关的保密政策。
10. Initiates any new and improved system/procedure to be implemented in order to upgrade all personnel filing system and records
推动新政策程序以及系统的实施,以更新人事的存档系统和人事相关的各类档案。
11. Handles arbitration cases to protect hotel’s benefits.
处理员工仲裁以及法律案件确保酒店形象利益不受损害。
12. Handles team member’s complaint and communicates with the departments
有效处理员工投诉并和与各部门保持沟通。
13. Takes charge of HR Audit to arrive the budget and to standardize HR’s operation
全面负责人力资源部的考核,并将人力资源部的工作逐步体系化规范化。
14. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

15. Recommends changes or innovations in policies, procedures and equipment.

16. Ensures that the department operates within the budget and maximizes revenues.

17. Monitors hotel benchmarks (GTMS, SALT) evaluate performance and results, take corrective action and constantly strive for improvement. Reviews on a continual basis and formulates action plans in order to drive results.

18. Ensures that a training program is available and followed.

19. Ensures that all employees are trained to a Hilton international standard.

20. Conduct mid-year and Annual Performance and Development Reviews (PDR) for all team members and continue to monitor and review progress.

1. Possess leadership quality and supervisory skills.

6. Must possess basic computational ability.

7. Ability to maintain excellent relations with associates and maintain team member and guest confidentiality at all times.
