岗位职责/职位描述


  • Checking-in guests in accordance with theirreservation details, ensuring that the registration card is completed,reservation information confirmed, HHonors and Frequent Flyer Number enquiredabout, and method of payment secured.

    根据客人预订信息为客人办理入住,确保登记卡信息完整,确认预订信息、荣誉会员信息,常旅客号码以及付款担保方式。

     

  • Maintains awareness of guest’s profile andspecific preferences, ensuring that they are acted upon for each reservation.

    维护顾客档案和信息,确保有效的预定。

     

  • Ensures that VIP guests are treated personallyand recognized as an individual.

    确保VIP客人个性化服务的待遇。

     

  • Liaises with Sales, Reservations and theBusiness Development team to handle corporate guests.

    和销售,预定和商务发展部团队保持沟通,共同接待好公司客户。

  • Promotes HHonors and its associated benefits toguests who are not already enrolled in the program. Ensures that existing HHonorsmembers receive personal and professional service that recognizes them asimportant guests and that their benefits are received.

    向非会员客人介绍荣誉客会计划及相关利益,确保为会员顾客提供优质专业的服务,使他们感受到被重视并且享受到了应有的待遇。

     

  • Ensures a prompt and efficient departure, bysettling guests accounts as per billing and reservation instructions andensuring that all guests folios are correct.
