Shangri-La Suzhou苏州香格里拉
Shangri-La Suzhou is conveniently located in the core business district of Suzhou High-tech Zone (Shishan Business Circle). The guest room floor is housed on the 28th to 51st floors and is therefore known as the “Up in the Air” hotel. Hotel comprises 390 elegantly appointed guestrooms and suits with spectacular views of the city. There are also 20 serviced apartments with fully fitted kitchenettes. The hotel has a range of fine dining and casual eateries, for example: Shang Palace, Café Soo and Nishimura.

As a Director of Food & Beverage, we rely on you to
作为一名餐饮总监，您的主要工作职责为：
•	Improve the profitability of every outlet
•	Optimise the profitability of every outlet
•	Maintain a high quality service 
•	Plan the yearly theme, events and activities
•	Take responsibility for branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage staff
•	Take responsibility of all Food & Beverage-related contracts, inclusive of but not limited to outlets, performers and suppliers
•	Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of service
•	Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire division

We are looking for someone who:

It is within walking distance from neighbouring shopping centre and Shi Shan Road Station of Suzhou Metro Line 3, and near Metro Line 1 and Line 5. Our hotel is adjacent to a number of famous historical and cultural attractions, such as Suzhou Museum West, Hanshan Temple, Tiger Hill, The Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Amusement Land. The hotel is about 15 minutes’ drive from Suzhou train station. The hotel has a range of fine dining and casual eateries, for example: Shang Palace, Café Soo and Nishimura.
