Job Summary:
岗位概述：
 
1.   
As directed by the Public Relation Manager, responsible in the design and artwork
production of the hotel’s collateral material and other graphic work that are
required and relevant to sales & promotions of hotel products and services.
按照公关经理的指示，负责设计、美工制作、饭店宣传用品、市场推广以及与饭店服务有关的宣传品设计。
2.   
Coordinates between the hotel and its suppliers to ensure all works are in
line with Marriott standard and are completed on time.
负责供应商与饭店之间的沟通，确保所有出品准时完成，并符合万豪集团标准。
3.   
Assists the Public Relation Manager with all daily responsibilities and
special tasks as directed.
协助公关经理日常工作和分配下的特别任务。
 
Duties &

1.   
Develops design and artwork according to corporate standards for hotel
collateral and advertisement.
按照饭店宣传品和广告的标准制作美工设计。
2.   
Provides technical support to the P R Manage in regards to designs of all
collateral and advertisement.
为公关部经理提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持。
3.   
Prepares a weekly activity report for the PR department.
准备每周工作报告致公关经理。
4.   
Maintains the image of the Hotel.
维护酒店形象。
5.   
Attends promotional events in the hotel.
参加酒店促销活动。
6.   
Works with the PR Manager to ensure optimum image is obtained for all hotel
collateral, advertisement and exposures etc.
与公关经理合作，确保在所有饭店宣传品、广告及媒体报道都给饭店带来最优良的形象宣传。
7.   
Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisors.
完成上级交代的其他任务。
8.   
Abides by the Sheraton Employee Handbook.
遵守喜来登酒店的员工守则。
9. Abides by both the hotel and
Sheraton policies and procedures.
