1. 与员工和经理一起准备日常的工作内容（重要客人&自用房&免费房)，共同分享信息及任何信息改变。
Work with staff and manager to prepare daily work content (VIP & private & free room), share information and any information changes.
2.在酒店旺季和高出租率的情况下，确保有足够的员工工作，并做到合理安排

3. 确保所有员工保持良好的工作状态，共同运转前台工作

4. 确保每个员工为客人提供高水平和高效率的服务，最大限度地达到客人满意。

5. 在安排的轮班期间，监督前台员工的工作，其中包括：合理分配本班次工作，现场处理突发事件，协助员工解决疑难问题等。

6.随时关注并掌握酒店客情，灵活调整，保证收益最大化

7. 非常了解所有的产品与服务知识，以及各类推销活动，以便向客人解释及出售酒店的服务和设施。

职位要求
1. 具备优秀的沟通能力及酒店管理能力。
Excellent communication skills and hotel management skills
2.能够熟练的用英语和普通话与客人沟通。
