1、负责食材的切配、加工及准备工作,确保符合菜品标准
2、保持砧板区域清洁卫生,严格执行食品安全规范
3、协助厨师完成每日备餐任务,合理控制食材损耗
4、定期维护刀具及加工设备,确保工具处于良好状态5、根据菜单需求及时完成各类食材初加工
【岗位要求】
1、具备基础刀工技能,能熟练处理常见食材
2、了解食品安全知识,持有健康证3、能适应餐饮行业工作时间安排
4、工作细致认真,具备团队协作意识
