【岗位职责】
1、协助厨师完成菜品的前期准备工作，包括食材清洗、切配、腌制等；
2、负责厨房用具的清洁、消毒及摆放，确保工作区域整洁卫生；
3、协助厨师完成菜品的装盘、摆盘及出菜前的检查工作；
4、及时补充厨房所需的食材、调料及工具，确保工作流程顺畅；
5、遵守厨房安全操作规范，确保食品卫生与安全；
6、完成上级交办的其他临时性工作任务。
【岗位要求】
1、对餐饮行业有兴趣，愿意从基础岗位学习并成长；
2、具备一定的团队协作能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；
3、身体健康，无传染性疾病，能够适应站立工作及体力劳动；
4、工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，服从管理安排；
5、无需相关工作经验，应届毕业生或转行者均可应聘。
