- Give quick response to each guest.
- Do best to serve guest.
- Be working in a professional manner at all times.
* Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, currency exchanges.
* Perform guest registration and room assignment and accommodate special requests of all customers.
* Ensure and encourage all guests are enrolled in our Marriott Rewards Programme upon check in to achieve target.
* Ensure proper credit when checking out guests and provide the guests with a 0 balance invoice.
* Handle late charges according to the procedure.
* Perform room upselling and achieve goals.
* Ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
