1.负责开餐前的准备工作，并协助布置餐厅和餐桌、摆台及补充各种物品，做好全面准备； 按照指定的服务标准及流程从事餐前准备；
2. 迎接问候宾客，并将其领入座位并协助领班或餐厅经理对客订座，并合理分配；
3. 记住所有宾客和常客的姓名，接受电话订座，使用电话谈判技巧；
4.以高效，友好，切实的服务达到并超越客人的期望；
5.向宾客提供礼貌周全的服务，对于宾客的要求、不满和需要及时做出回应及时向领班或餐厅经理汇报。
6.熟悉菜单，饮料单及酒水单并能够正确的回应客人的需求；
7.与厨房，管事部，酒吧，客房部及工程部等相关部门协调以确保每日运营顺利进行；
8.按酒店程序收集并输送布草；按程序检查所需货品，收货；
9.通过实践产品推销技巧实现利润最大化；
10.保持工作场地及餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁，帮助开展工作区域周围的清洁工作以保持卫生高标准；
11.向宾客提供礼貌周全的服务，对于宾客的要求、不满和需要及时做出回应及时向领班或餐厅经理汇报。
岗位要求
1.大专毕业或具有同等学历优先，经过餐饮服务培训，有一定的日常外语会话能力。
2.有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。
3.掌握餐厅服务规程，了解餐厅各种菜肴的基本特点和简单的烹制方法。
4.工作主动、热情、认真，责任心较强。
5.身体健康，仪表端庄。

Hangzhou Tianlun Hotel Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 and is wholly owned by Zhejiang Zhongtian Industrial Group. It owns brands such as Tianlun Hotel and Tianlun Boutique Hotel. Its original address was No. 124, Shuguang Road. In 2018, due to the construction of the subway, it was relocated to Qingzhiwu, sharing the same address with the Qingzhiwu Branch of Hangzhou Tianlun Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (Tianlun Boutique Hotel).Tianlun Boutique Hotel is located at No. 69, Yugu Road (entrance of Qingzhiwu). It is adjacent to the old campus of Zhejiang University and the Botanical Garden, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the West Lake. The entire hotel takes bricks, tea and Song Ci poetry as cultural elements, decorated with ink painting style of Jiangnan and classical seal engraving. The business areas of the hotel are divided into guest rooms, a Chinese restaurant on the first floor, and a Roof Garden on the fourth floor. The Chinese restaurant mainly serves Zhejiang cuisine, integrating the characteristics of dishes from various regions. Its ingredients are mainly from the fish in Taihu Lake and fresh ingredients near Hangzhou. Crabs are available all year round. After more than 20 years of careful building and accumulation, it has become a well-known restaurant for crabs in Hangzhou. The annual Lake Crab Festival starting in September is a grand event for crab eaters in Hangzhou. There are about 35 guest rooms, which are decorated in a new Chinese style, integrated with Longjing tea culture in Hangzhou, and are very popular among overseas tourists. The Roof Garden restaurant is located on the top floor of the hotel, overlooking the entire Qingzhiwu scenic area.
