1，开餐前检查餐厅摆台，清洁卫生，餐厅用具供应及设备设施的完好情况。
Check the table setting, cleaning and sanitation of the restaurant, the supply of utensils and equipment and facilities in good condition before the meal.
2．开餐期间督导服务员的工作，发挥带头作用，搞好现场培训。
During the meal to supervise the work of the waiter, play a leading role, do a good job of on-site training.
3．协调、沟通餐厅、传菜部及厨房的工作。
Coordinate and communicate the work of restaurant, food delivery department and kitchen.
4．对特殊客人及重要客人等比例予关注，介绍菜单内容、推荐特色菜点，并回答客人问题。
Pay attention to the proportion of special guests and important guests, introduce menu contents, recommend special dishes, and answer guest questions.
5.注意观察宾客的用餐情况，对特殊情况及时处理，提高宾宾满意率：及时处理客人投诉，并加以妥善地解决。
 Pay attention to the dining situation of the guests, deal with the special situation in time, and improve the satisfaction rate of the guests: deal with the guest complaints in a timely manner and solve them properly.
6.负责餐厅用具的补充。
Responsible for the replenishment of restaurant utensils.
7.落实每天卫生工作计划，保持餐厅整洁和服务员的个人卫生。
Implement the daily hygiene plan, keep the restaurant clean and personal hygiene of the staff.
Job Requirements 任职要求：
1.中专以上学历或同等学历，具有2年以上服务工作经验。
Technical secondary school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of service experience.
2.热爱本职，有较强的事业心和责任感，工作认真负责。

3.掌握一定的菜肴、食品、酒水、烹饪等方面的知识 。

4.具有熟练的服务技能和技巧，能胜任餐厅各种接待服务工作。

5.身体健康、仪表端庄。
