1、协助餐厅经理不断改进完善工作标准和服务程序，并督导实施。

2、召开班前例会负责本班组服务员的工作任务分配，检查本班组对客准备、服务及收市情况。

3、负责向经理和厨师长反馈客人对食品、服务方面的信息。

4、对重要客人给予关注，负责处理餐厅里发生的问题和客人投诉，并及时向餐厅经理汇报。

5、定期检查、清点、保管餐厅的设备、餐具、布草等物品，负责签署设备维修、物品领用等报告单。

6、督促员工做好餐厅安全和清洁卫生工作，开餐前检查餐台摆台、清洁卫生、餐厅用品供应及设施设备的完好情况。

7、协助经理做好对服务员的培训工作及对员工进行考核。

8、负责餐厅工作人员调配、班次安排和员工考勤、考核，保证在规定的营业时间内，各服务点上都有岗、有人、有服务。

9、坚持让客人完全满意的服务宗旨，加强服务现场管理，检查和督导餐厅员工的岗位业务培训。

10、了解和掌握员工思想状况，做好思想政治工作，抓好班组文明建设。
