主要负责在公区、办公室的管理和监督，以协助客房部行政管家的工作。

Respond to all guest requests in a enthusiastic manner.  Expedite requests quickly and effectively.

Ensure that team member produce consistent excellent service along with a smile.
确保员工始终给客人笑容可掬的高质量服务。
Ensures all public area related areas are well maintained保证所有公共区域及相关区域状态良好
Review and implement the cleaning schedule and contract cleaning projects on Daily, weekly, monthly basic.
回顾和落实清洁计划，清洁项目的安排应以每天，每周，每月为标准。


Attendance in departmental
morning briefing, resume meeting, vision meeting, and Engineering Department
meeting.
参加部门晨会，工作和计划会议和工程部的会议等。
To attend Profit & Loss
meeting, Rooms Briefing and communication forum in the absence of director of
Housekeeping.
若部门服务经理不在，则要出席利润和成本分析会，客务部会议和其他沟通会议。
Prepares and submits accurate
monthly chemical consumption report in a timely manner.
按月总结和准备当月清洁剂的消耗报表。
Monthly report on preventative
maintains of machine, equipment and tools inventory. 
每月汇报机器设备和工具的维护及盘点情况。
Assumes other duties as
assigned by the AEH and EH form time to time.
完成部门行政副管家和行政管家临时安排的其他工作。
Organizes  distribution of trouble  reports.对有困难的报告进行分配。
Makes  check of  flower set up  ensuring standards  are  of the  highest  quality, ensues  
expenses are  controlled 对花房的工作进行例行检查，以保证其提供最好状态的花，并严格控制开支。                                             
Ensures all offices, washrooms,
dormitory, staff lockers, car park, gardens are kept in good condition.             确保所有的办公室、漱洗间、员工倒班宿舍、更衣柜、停车场、花园处于最佳状态。
Responsible  for  pest control  in  both hotel  and  office . 确保酒店与办公室无虫害。
