1. oexecute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and polices and procedures,especially in relation to fire and life safety.
2. Toexecute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline byengineer and manufacturer's recommendations.
3. Toperform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure.
4. Tofamiliar with all the electronics systems, its operating requirement and characteristics,so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.

7. Toattend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoidinconvenience or discomfort.
8. Topractice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservationimprovement.
9. Toperform all other duties as may be assigned by Chief Engineer, Asst. ChiefEngineer.
10. Toassist the other trades where is requested.
11. Toinspect all electronics systems and make operation status records as perinspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events andsafety hazards conditions to engineer.
12. Toconstantly assess the preventive maintenance schedule, method of maintenance,to ensure that equipment longevity, avoidance of repairs and down time, ease ofoperation, and efficiency are all being maximized pursuant to manufacturingrecommendations.
13. Tomaintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.
14. Toperform shift and overtime duties when necessary.
15. Tocoordinate and assist Banqueting for any technical support that may be requiredfor conference, meeting, etc.
16. Attendmeetings as required.
17. Attendtraining courses and workshops as scheduled.
18. Participates asa pro-active team member in the Hotel’s Energy conservation program by making appropriaterecommendations to Engineering supervisors on energy conservation improvements.
19. Becomes thoroughlyfamiliar with Complex emergency procedures and perform assigned duties perComplex and departmental procedures.
20. Attendregular staff meetings as directed.
21. Ensure compliance with legislatedworkplace heath and safety requirements
22. Comply with all Starwood and Hotelspecific Standards and Procedures.
23. Promoteby example the principles of “ Cares”.
24. Responsibilityfor the cleanliness of all plant / mechanical equipment rooms.
25. Ensure allrequests for maintenance are carried out within an acceptable time frame.

11. 按照工作检查表检查弱电系统运行情况并做好记录工作。维修和上报弱电设备运行缺陷，不寻常的运行情况和安全隐患。
12. 经常回顾预防维修检查表和维护方式，保证弱电设备长期稳定的运行，避免紧急修理和故障停机和根据生产手册要求高效运行。
13. 保持维修工具，设备和工作区域的清洁。
14. 开展本班次工作和必要时延时工作。
15. 协调和帮助宴会进行，必要时为会议、讨论会等提供技术帮助。
16. 按要求参加会议。
17. 按计划参与员工培训和进修课程。
18. 主动参与酒店节能计划，并向工程部总监提出节能建议。
19. 熟悉酒店应急程序，并依照部门程序执行分派任务。
20. 按要求参与例会。
21. 确保达到法定工作场所的健康和安全要求
22. 遵守所有喜达屋和酒店规定的具体标准和程序
23. 实践“关爱”的企业文化。
24. 负责所有工具、机械设备的清洁
25. 确保所有维修要求在可以接受的时间范围内进行。
