维持有效的对客关系,建立和谐的气氛并提供个性化的服务和帮助

- 良好的服务技巧和热情的服务态度
- 良好的英语基础
- 良好的日语沟通能力
- 有4-5星级酒店相关工作经验者优先
- 日籍员工及有日本留学经验优先考虑

Guest Relations:

 Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
 Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
 Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific process such as L.E.A.R.N. to resolve issues, delight, and build trust
 Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of guests to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible, as well noting these in according systems
 Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
 Thank guests with genuine appreciation and provide a fond farewell.
 Ensure all guests experiencing a problem receive an appropriate response, any promised compensation is delivered and all guest receive appropriate follow up in a timely and professional manner
 Responsible to handle all guest requests and to solve any guest complaints
 Keep good relations with customers and inform Management considering customer comments.
 Be familiar with cultural differences to meet guest’s specific needs and requirements.

Experience:
 Two years of hospitality experience in high contact customer area is preferred
 No related work experience is accepted
 No related supervisory experience is accepted
Skills and Knowledge
 Basic Computer Skills (word and Excel)
 Fluent spoken Mandarin language
 Very good spoken and written English language
 Fluent spoken and written Japanese language
Education or Certification
 Hospitality University degree is preferred
 College degree is accepted
