1.制定并管理餐饮部的预算，开展促销活动。增加销售额, 控制成本及提高利润。
Develops and administers F&B budget, action plan and promotionalactivities of the department; stimulates sales and profit, controls operatingexpenses.
2.协助厨师长制定菜单和定价。
Involves Chef in planning of menus, deciding in pricing which ismarket-sensitive.
3.与酒水部经理制定酒水单。
Develops wine and beverage lists with Beverage Manager.
3.向管理层提供有关客人的满意情况及竞争活动，并负责每月餐饮部的报告。
Provides Management with information regarding client satisfaction andactivities of competition; Prepares monthly F&B report .
4.制定长期和短期计划、目标。
Establishes short and long term plans and goals.
5.每星期要对各部门进行检查。如所有灯饰、家具及设备的保养情况。
Completes weekly inspection on overall outlets’ appearance themaintenance of all fixtures, fittings and operating equipment.
6.保持足够的存货以确保本部正常运营。
Establishes par stock for operating supplies to ensure the smooth operationof the department.
7.关注客人对饭菜及服务的投诉、要求和需求，并立即采取有效措施。
Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiriesregarding food and services and immediately takes all required correctivemeasures.
